Who is TessaMae?

Hello, and thank you for visiting TessaMae's CrabCakes & Good Eats    . I am Terresa Lynn, President, Owner and Founder of TessaMae's. I am an inspirational woman of THE MOST HIGH, and am extremley grateful for the opportunity to share two of my many passions with you~cooking & baking. Although I currently reside in Savannah, Georgia, I was born and raised in Baltimore County, Maryland. It has been a dream to make a mark in this world with my gifts. Thanks to the LovePatience of my late GranNana~Ella Williams {My Beautiful, who passed at 100 years of age, in October 2015}, I am able to live out that dream. The seeds she planted continue to grow and flourish. If I had to choose my favorite creation of hers, it would be her SalmonCakes. They were a treat that she didn't make often. She'd make them for breakfast with grits and dinner with white rice. She'd say "...salmon cakes are a poor man's meal." It didn't matter because whatever she whipped up made anyone who ate her cooking feel rich and Loved beyond imagination. Although My GranNana is no longer physically here, she is with me spiritually to guide & encourage me through this journey, and to see our dream come to life. I carry in my heart her unconditional Love and many of the recipes passed down by her over the years.

A small business with a lot of LOVE.
